Homemade Chicken Mandi Recipe


Mandi is a traditional dish from Hadhramaut, Yemen, which consists mainly of meat and rice with a special spice mix. It’s cooked underground in a pit. In most areas of the Arabian Peninsula, it is extremely popular and prevalent, and even considered a staple dish in many regions. Chicken mandi is a wonderful blend of rice, chicken and a spice mix.
